Please join me this Wednesday as TheREWIND//UK plays the music of Fleetwood Mac in honor of their 50th year as a group. We’ll go back to their beginnings,in 1967 when the band started with legendary guitarist-vocalist Peter Green,drummer Mick Fleetwood,bassist John McVie,guitarist/keyboard-vocalist Jeremy Spencer and later adding keyboard/piano-vocalist Christine Perfect(McVie). We’ll discuss Peter Green’s leaving the band due to his health issues at the time,the addition of guitarist-vocalist Bob Welch,the”fake” Fleetwood Mac and the additions of guitar/vocalist Lindsey Buckingham and vocalist Stevie Nicks. We’ll listen to their big hits and enjoy one of music’s ICONS! So be there on Wednesday and be prepared to enjoy!!
